Tony Kawashima has been providing on-location photographic services in the Orange County / Southern California area for over 23 years. He has established himself as one of the most respected photographers in the area of corporate communications. This includes newsletters, annual reports, corporate brochures, websites, press releases, public relations and special events. His client List includes builders, banks, hospitals, retail centers, public agencies, non-profit, city governments and academia.

Tony's trademark is his ability to work efficiently, improvise under pressure and listen to his client’s needs. Tony's enthusiasm along with his professional, can-do attitude has been a key factor to his success. Tony believes in building long-term relationships with his clients- many of Tony's clients have been working with him for over 10-15 years, two clients have just celebrated their 20th year working with Tony. Tony uses state of the art digital technology, which allows both greater creative control and cost efficiency for the client.

Tony is a native of Southern California. His life long interest in photography resulted in his receiving a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism with a minor in Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach. In October of 2000 he was admitted to the Golden West College alumni hall of fame for his accomplishments in photography. Tony is married with two sons, a dog and two cats. Tony enjoys his free time with his family traveling, going to the movies and being active in his boy’s school activities. Tony is also very involved in his community, first as an appointee to Tustin's planning commission, then in November 2000, being elected to the Tustin City Council where he served as the Mayor Pro-Tem in 2003 and as Mayor in 2004. In November 2004, Tony was successfully re-elected to a second four year term. His winning vote total of 14,001 is the highest count by a city council candidate in the city's history.
